Bring a formula or start from our library. Either way, formulation and filling happen in the same building, and the product stays consistent batch to batch.

Hot-fill formulas are poured molten and cooled to a consistent set, with no sink marks or pull-away at the edge. Getting that right takes real process control, and it's a format we run every week: SPF sticks, lip balms, face and cleansing balms, and analgesic sticks.
It also pairs with our sun-care and OTC work. A continuous-spray SPF, an SPF lotion, and an SPF stick can all come from the same manufacturer.
