What does a turnkey manufacturing project include?
The useful question is who does each part of your project. A brand with a finished formula and approved packaging needs a different scope from one developing a new sunscreen stick. Agree on the work, the deliverables, and the decisions you need to make before production begins.

Keep the scope with your manufacturing RFQ. It gives you a way to compare proposals when one includes component purchasing and another assumes you will supply everything.
Should you start with an existing formula or bring your own?
If you are defining a new SKU, the formula library and product catalog can help you describe a starting point. Name the qualities you want to keep and the changes you want to explore. A different fragrance, finish, package, or active system can change the development work; an existing base does not make every variation ready for production.

Which products and formats can InSpec manufacture?
InSpec’s in-house capabilities connect formulation with the package the customer will use:

Choose the format during development. A spray needs to dispense through its valve; a stick needs to work in its dispensing component. Reviewing formula and package together gives the team a concrete product to evaluate.
How do testing and approvals affect the schedule?
Ask for a schedule tied to decisions: sample approval, package selection, testing, artwork approval, component arrival, and production. Questions before you start
Do I need a finished formula?
No. Bring a product brief for development, explore an existing formula, or submit a formula you have the right to transfer. The starting point determines the development and documentation work.
Does turnkey include every test and packaging expense?
The proposal should identify what is included, separately priced, supplied by the brand, or assigned to an outside provider. Confirm testing, packaging purchases, artwork, packout, and freight before approving the project.
Can InSpec manufacture continuous spray in-house?
Yes. InSpec operates bag-on-valve and aerosol filling equipment. The formula and selected package need a feasibility review for the intended spray product.
What volume should I include in an inquiry?
Provide the first order by SKU and size, plus expected annual demand. Component purchases and filling quantities may have different minimums; InSpec will confirm the requirements for the proposed project.
