Add a 2% colloidal oatmeal skin protectant spray to your line, starting from InSpec's IS0494 base. This bag-on-valve format lands as a fine mist and never needs rubbing into already-irritated skin, dispensing evenly at any angle including upside down. The base carries panthenol, squalane, allantoin, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, and aloe alongside the active. Customizable base and fragrance-free profile, scalable to retail volume.

The product story
A skin protectant you spray instead of rub. Irritated skin is the last thing anyone wants to massage a cream into, and a continuous spray puts a 2% colloidal oatmeal layer over the backs of arms, shoulders, and legs without touching them. It sprays at any angle, including upside down, with no priming and no shaking.
The formula sits in a sealed bag inside the can, so it never mixes with propellant and dispenses evenly and quietly. The base can carry panthenol, squalane, allantoin, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, and aloe alongside the active, and the monograph uses print on the Drug Facts panel.
